moonflower

fully painted in photoshop. this is my first time doing it and painting with a mouse is not my idea of fun. i am proud of the fairy though, the wings are transparent, for i masked them in photoshop. took me a long time and now i can put her anywhere and the background shows through, with highlights too. hope you enjoy it. full view please. you must see what i call pixel rendering.

By the glistening ocean, where time is at still,
Frozen at a witching hour, when passing seasons chill,
Where dreams of a life is fulfilled by just our nimble will,
We will all taste what no man can ever feel.

The silence of the moonshine, and cold heat of water’s sparkle,
The towering mountain stood muted in its moonlight sizzle,
The mermaids’ siren songs and the glow of moonflowers bloom,
The misty air clings where my precious fairies loom.

Whom I feel is brighter; I fear I do not know,
For the fairies’ dance dances with the blooms,
And the flickers of the ocean and the glitters of the moon,
O what a marvelous sight I behold; the sight of this haunting flow,
I am at trance with the fairies that dance to the blossoms’ glow.
