i was walking in a garden in my dream and i saw this girl who asked me to sketch her. she was just in that three quarter view (my favorite) and so i did but i never did finish sketching her when she vanished. i nearly cried but right when i woke up, i wanted to cry even more cause whatever i did was just a dream; a visitation more like it and so i took the sketch book on my bed and i drew exactly what i did in my dream, hence the unfinished style. i just have to remember her like that. :(

This is so beautiful! I love the background and the expression on her face. Great use of negative space. The story behind the piece is very intriguing.
